IRONCLAD Marketing is a global, full-service marketing agency dedicated to delivering impactful, strategic campaigns to our B2B clients in construction, mining, agriculture and more. We are seeking a talented Digital Content Writer to join our creative team.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write and edit engaging digital content, including blog posts, website copy, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, and collaborate with the digital team to improve website content performance.
- Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute social media strategies for our B2B customers across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Paid Social Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve content and social media strategies while staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account managers. digital strategists and designers to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Loomly, HubSpot).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for storytelling and engaging content creation.
- Ability to work both independently and with the team.
- Initiative and vision for continuous improvement.
- Full-time and based in Fargo, ND.

As a Strategic Marketing & Communications manager with IRONCLAD Marketing you’ll work with clients on a global level to oversee communication and project coordination while planning strategy, forecasting client needs and building authentic relationships. This position requires superior written and verbal communication skills as well as an exceptional drive to learn clients equipment and industries.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for IRONCLAD clients
- Manage client projects from conception to completion
- Provide strategic direction for assigned accounts, oversee or assist in development of strategies and plans for media, PR, promotion and social marketing, and lead implementation of them
- Oversee both the creative and public relations activities of assigned accounts
- Lead or be involved in strategic planning sessions with clients
- Lead internal ideation sessions and creative strategy meetings for assigned accounts
- Write, proofread and edit copy
- Attend tradeshows and events as a representative of IRONCLAD and our clients
- Oversee web maintenance for assigned clients
- Oversee development of PR, analytics and other reports for clients
- Field calls from magazine advertising reps regarding client advertising
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, communications or equivalent job experience
- 3+ years account management experience
- Firm grasp of marketing, PR and design principles
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional editing, proofreading and writing skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid passport
- Willingness to travel, with overnight stays 20-30 nights per year

We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer to provide best-in-class strategy, support, analysis and optimization when it comes to digital campaigns, websites and social platforms
Responsibilities
- Monitor online marketing campaigns across multiple channels: organic search, paid search, and display, email, and social media.
- Monitor and improve organic search engine performance and goal setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Collect and analyze web metrics.
- Assist in the implementation and analysis of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Optimize across our marketing website, landing pages, paid social, programmatic, SEM, and SEO.
- Own the day-to-day execution and tracking of client SEO strategies, including keywords, metadata and on-page/onsite optimization.
- Connect insights from multiple channels and data sources to provide teams with the information and recommendations to continuously improve performance.
- Support business initiatives through research and identifying key trends in digital and search marketing that can drive growth.
- Validate data integrity.
- Monitor campaigns daily and ensure performance tracks to expectations with assigned accounts.
- Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities, and effectively communicate with the internal team and clients.
- Proactively present ideas for new methods to improve operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Degree in marketing or a related field with relevant full-time experience
- Google Analytics certification
- Data-driven problem solver
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
- Proficient with accurate reporting and presenting analytical findings in a clear, concise manner
- Proficient with web analytics software (Google Analytics) and keyword tools (MOZ, SEM Rush)
- Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates
- Comfortable with common web platforms and marketing automation platforms
