> Account Coordinator

Are you currently a project coordinator, marketing strategist or marketing manager? Can you juggle and prioritize a variety of competing requests, follow and execute a strategic vision and ensure on-time completion of projects? As an account coordinator with IRONCLAD Marketing you will oversee communication between regional and national clients and our production team while executing creative strategy, building long-term relationships and forecasting client’s future needs. This position requires exceptional multi-tasking and superior written and verbal communication skills. This is an exempt, non-remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee both the creative and public relations activities of assigned accounts from conception to completion
  • Be involved in strategic planning sessions with clients
  • Provide strategic direction for assigned accounts, assist in development of strategies and plans for media, PR, promotion and social marketing, and lead in implementation
  • Write and edit copy for ads, direct mail, websites, literature, social media, audio and video scripts, etc., and assist with PR writing as needed
  • Oversee development of PR, analytics and other reports for clients
  • Field calls from magazine advertising reps regarding client advertising

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Firm grasp of marketing, PR and design principles

> Public Relations Writer

Do you have a knack for making complex topics relatable or enjoy interviewing industry professionals and coordinating content placements in trade publications? Then IRONCLAD Marketing’s open writer role may be your perfect fit. We are currently seeking an experienced public relations writer to work on regional, national and international accounts for clients in the construction, aggregate, mining, landscape and agriculture industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Writing a combination of press releases, job stories, tips articles, website content and literature copy
  • Interviewing clients, contractors and equipment operators
  • Proactively pitching clients’ PR in trade publications and electronic media outlets
  • Developing content for use as blogs, longer feature articles and case studies
  • Coordinating media attendance at press conferences and trade show exhibits
  • Brainstorming strategy-focused creative concepts

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or marketing
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of and experience with using AP Style
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • The ability to effectively relay complex topics in an easy-to-read manner
  • A passion for writing and developing a wealth of written products, from creative ad copy and social media posts to product releases and longer case studies
  • Willingness to learn outside of current knowledge base
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate both problems and solutions
  • Initiative and vision for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work both independently and with the team
  • Full-time and based in Fargo, ND.

PREFERRED

  • Experience working with B2B clients, especially in equipment or tool manufacturing
  • 3+ years relevant professional experience
