What would I do at IRONCLAD?

As our client list grows, we’re looking to hire a digital/web designer with responsibility to:

  • Design and build websites from proof to launch
  • Troubleshoot and brainstorm creative solutions for clients’ electronic needs, from electronic mailings to digital campaigns
  • Create web-ready assets including, but not limited to, custom landing pages, email blast art creation, banners, web ad creation and e-campaign
  • Contribute and create print-ready materials including, but not limited to, tradeshow signage, collateral and advertising material
  • Assist with social media content creation
  • Work in our Fargo, N.D., office

You have:

  • 3+ years professional relevant experience with digital asset creation and web design
  • An exceptional web and electronic design portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop and WordPress
  • Basic proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite programs, particularly InDesign & Illustrator
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and web standards with an understanding of mobile design, responsive design, and user experience best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and best practices
  • Interest in SEM and Google Adwords implementation for client campaigns

You should be:

  • A motivated solution finder and creative problem solver who enjoys working in a team environment
  • Able to manage multiple projects, shift priorities as needed, and deliver on deadlines

IRONCLAD Marketing is seeking an experienced creative copywriter who can take strategic concepts and messages and weave them into tight, creative copy for a wealth of formats, from e-blasts to print ads to social media posts. We work on regional, national and international accounts for clients in the construction, agriculture, mining and landscaping industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute during brainstorms to develop creative concepts and copy
  • Craft head-turning advertising copy that drives home a client’s message
  • Develop ideas and copy for original, attention-getting direct mail pieces
  • Write e-blast copy that gets read and acted upon
  • Create SEO-focused website copy to promote clients’ brands and products
  • Write radio and video ad copy that gets noticed
  • Produce video scripts that weave a story and relay a message

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or marketing
  • Strong writing skills, to include not only competency in grammar and punctuation but the ability to effectively relay complex topics in an easy-to-read manner
  • Knowledge of and experience with using AP Style
  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Developing content for use as blogs, longer feature articles and case studies
  • Creating copy for search engine advertising and retargeting ads
  • Brainstorming strategy-focused creative concepts
  • Coordinating media attendance at press conferences and trade show exhibits
