We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer to provide best-in-class strategy, support, analysis and optimization when it comes to digital campaigns, websites and social platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategize with the broader team on digital marketing strategies, data usage, channels, and tactics.
- Conduct the tactical execution and tracking of online marketing campaigns across multiple clients and channels: organic search, email, SEM and SMM.
- Monitor campaigns daily and ensure performance tracks to expectations on all assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with other team members in creation of digital asset needs.
- Assist in the day-to-day tactical execution and tracking of client SEO strategy, including keywords, metadata and on-page/onsite optimization.
- Monitor and improve organic search engine performance and goal setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Collect and analyze web metrics, such as visits, time on site, page views per visit, click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition or cost per click. Utilize collected data to provide strategic reports, analysis, recommendations for how to best leverage digital tools.
- Connect insights from multiple digital channels and data sources to provide teams with the information and recommendations they need to continuously improve performance. Create and maintain regular reporting around key projects such as acquisition, engagement and conversion.
- Assist in the implementation and analysis of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Optimize across our marketing website, landing pages, paid social, programmatic, SEM, and SEO.
- Create and maintain dashboards in Google Data Studio.
- Maintain and build custom audience lists to use for distributing emails, targeting ads, and providing data-driven content.
- As needed, provide support for data and research requests. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and implement tracking, tagging, and reporting requirements for client websites and digital marketing channels and campaigns.
- Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities, and effectively communicate to team members and clients.
- Support business initiatives through research and identifying key trends in digital and search marketing that can drive growth and meet business objectives.
- Validate data integrity in all analyses performed.
- Proactively present ideas for new methods to improve operational effectiveness.
- Stays up to date with the latest digital marketing best practices and technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing role in either SEO, SEM, SMM or a combination.
- Degree in marketing or a related field with relevant full-time experience.
- Exhibit passion and enthusiasm in electronic media and willingness to learn new things.
- Proficient with web analytics software (Google Analytics) and keyword tools (MOZ, SEM Rush).
- Google Data Studio or related reporting tool experience.
- Experience and proven success in a deadline-driven environment or an environment where a high level of self-motivation was necessary.
- Data-driven problem solver.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
- Proficient with accurate reporting and presenting analytical findings in a clear, concise manner.
- Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates.
- Comfortable with common web platforms and marketing automation platforms.
- Adaptable and resourceful self-starter with the inquisitiveness and drive for optimization and creative problem-solving.
- Complete within 3 months, and maintain (yearly) Google Skill Shop certifications in:
- Google Ads Search Certification
- Google Ads Display Certification
- Google Ads Measurement Certification
- Google Ads Video Certification
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification Exam (GA4 Equivalent when available)
We are currently seeking a full-time personable, outgoing, and passionate Strategic Marketing and Communications Manager.
In this role you’ll work directly with clients and a team of talented writers, designers and digital marketers to brainstorm creative ideas, implement campaigns, and uplift brands in the construction, mining, agriculture and manufacturing industries. As a team leader and mentor, you will become a go-to expert for our internal team and clients across the globe, advising and interacting with them on a regular basis.
This position requires strong leadership, tactical thinking and creative problem-solving to manage effective client teams and campaign strategies. Excellent time management skills, technical and creative writing abilities and a passion for marketing will drive and define your success.
Candidate must possess knowledge and interest in understanding digital and social media marketing, public relations and assigned account product lines and brand voice. Travel required. Must have a degree in communications, marketing or related field, and minimum 5 years relevant experience. This position is full-time with competitive pay and benefits package. In-office preferred with hybrid flexibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Writing, both technical and creative, including:
- PR materials, such as press releases, job stories, byline articles and web-exclusive articles.
- Creative / collateral materials, including ads, direct mail, brochures, etc.
- Electronic items such as websites, blogs, landing pages and e-newsletters.
- Social media outlets, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter, as well as online forums.
- Self-promotion items including proposals and presentations.
- Develop and nurture close relationships with clients and industry editors, proactively presenting new ideas and concepts and meeting strict deadlines.
- Identify, research and coordinate fulfillment of editorial exposure opportunities, both in print and electronic publications.
- Monitor and track PR exposure.
- Assist with PR reports.
- Proof and edit a variety of materials.
- Plan and coordinate media events.
- Write video scripts.
- Assist in the development of creative campaigns.
- Share ideas, suggest new methods for client exposure and be an active contributor to the group.
- Some travel required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in mass communications, English or related field, and a minimum of two years’ experience.
- Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive attitude, who is proactive in seeking solutions to challenges and is driven to exceed expectations.
