> Public Relations Writer

Do you have a knack for making complex topics relatable or enjoy interviewing industry professionals and coordinating with trade publications? Then we might be a perfect fit. We are currently seeking an experienced public relations writer to work on regional, national and international accounts for clients in the construction, aggregate, mining, landscape and agriculture industries.


  • Writing a combination of press releases, job stories, tips articles, website content and literature copy
  • Interviewing clients, contractors and equipment operators
  • Proactively pitching clients’ PR in trade publications and electronic media outlets
  • Developing content for use as blogs, longer feature articles and case studies
  • Coordinating media attendance at press conferences and tradeshow exhibits
  • Brainstorming strategy-focused creative concepts


  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or marketing
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of and experience with using AP Style
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Your valuable insight and skills will assist with the development and execution of creative campaigns through print and digital advertising, literature design, email, direct mail, video and web design. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and passion to learn and grow outside of their comfort zone.

> Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist

As a digital marketing and seo specialist for IRONCLAD Marketing you will support continuous optimization efforts for our clients digital marketing campaigns and tactics, finding opportunities to increase conversion rates, brand reach and media spend efficiencies.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor online marketing campaigns across multiple channels: organic search, paid search, and display, email, and social media.
  • Monitor and improve organic search engine performance and goal setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Collect and analyze web metrics, such as visits, time on site, page views per visit, click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition or cost per click.
  • Conduct online marketing initiatives, such as paid placements or marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Assist in the implementation and analysis of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Optimize across our marketing website, landing pages, paid social, programmatic, SEM, and SEO.
  • Create and maintain dashboards in Google Data Studio.
  • As needed, provide support for data and research requests. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and implement tracking, tagging, and reporting requirements for client websites and digital marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Own the day-to-day tactical execution and tracking of client SEO strategy, including keywords, metadata and on-page/onsite optimization.
  • Identify gaps, trends, and opportunities, and effectively communicate to team members and clients.
  • Connect insights from multiple digital channels and data sources to provide teams with the information and recommendations they need to continuously improve performance. Create and maintain regular reporting around key projects such as acquisition, engagement and conversion.
  • Support business initiatives through research and identifying key trends in digital and search marketing that can drive growth and meet business objectives.

  • Degree in marketing or a related field with relevant full-time experience

  • Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates
  • Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization with an ability to translate and present analytical findings in a clear, concise manner
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Comfortable with common web platforms and marketing automation platforms
